• Enter parking garage off of 500 East

From Northbound I-15:

• Take Exit 306 for 600 South.

• Continue straight onto 600 South.

• Turn left onto 500 East

• The Midtown Plaza Building is on your left at just before 200 South

• Enter parking garage off of 500 East

Parking Instructions

• Please Park in the parking garage at the rear of the building on Level 2B or 2D.

• The door from this level leads directly to the 2nd floor.

• Suite 210 is located down the hall to the left.
