Stephen F. Hutchinson was a longtime partner of the firm and later served in an of counsel role before retiring. A graduate of the University of Utah College of Law and a member of the Utah State Bar since 1973, his practice focused on nonprofit organizations, church law, canon law, and estate planning. Stephen also served as Chancellor and General Counsel to the Episcopal Diocese of Utah, on the Executive Council of the Episcopal Church, and as a trustee of St. Mark’s Hospital.
