Communications from our law office via email and/or text message solely for purposes related to your inquiry, scheduling, billing, and case-related matters. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes. Communications by email and SMS are not fully secure, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these communications is not required to obtain legal services.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or by notifying us in writing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Retention
Client matter information is generally retained for approximately eight (8) years after a matter concludes. Billing records are generally retained for approximately ten (10) years, unless otherwise required by law.
